Sports Management Practice Instructor

As a Sports Management Practice Instructor at SEU, you play a pivotal role in providing practical training to logistic professionals in accordance with the German dual education system. You are responsible for developing essential sports management skills tailored to Egypt's evolving sports management environment.

SEU is located in Badr City. It is a newly established University committed to an innovative approach in education by emphasizing practical studies making at least 60% of our curriculum. Our campus is equipped with cutting-edge laboratories, workshops, and simulation centers providing students with tools and resources needed to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. We employ a variety of teaching methods, including case studies, group projects, and hands-on workshops to engage students in active learning.

Responsibilities at SEU

Apply theoretical SEU curriculum in real-world scenarios and settings to develop individual practical skills in sports management.
Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions in sports management (SEU’s labs are fully equipped with latest technologies) in close collaboration with SEU professors and lecturers.
Adhere to national and international laws, SEU’s objectives formulated in its Vision and Mission, the ethical guidelines and regulations.
Maintain SEU’s quality standards, offering feedback, assessment, and support for sports management students during their studies, excursions and internships, whether local or international.
Promote team work in a positive learning environment for the constant growth of the student’s personality and their sports management professionalism at SEU.
Participate in training programs on first aid, data protection, fire safety, work safety, ergonomics, health safety, quality insurance and environmental sustainability to uphold SEU’s security standards.

SEU’s Requirements

Completed Bachelor degree in sports management with three years of practical experience.
High English proficiency to convey complex concepts clearly during practical sports management instruction.
Proficiency in planning, organizing, and conducting practical training sessions.
Demonstrated commitment to cultivating a conducive learning atmosphere and environment for students, facilitating the transition of theoretical knowledge into practical skills across diverse sports management scenarios and settings.
Adherence to ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations for professional integrity.
Team-oriented attitude alongside with interdisciplinary collaboration skills in an interprofessional team.
Empathy, patience, and adaptability to sports management students’ individual needs and learning styles.
AHK Qualification (ADA Certificate) preferred.
