Ministerial Decree Initiates Education at SEU

Ministerial Decree No. 2282, issued on November 12, 2024, by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, officially announces the commencement of lectures at the technological diploma and bachelor’s 2+2 programs at Saxony Egypt University for Applied Science and Technology.

We are proud to announce the issuance of Ministerial Decree No. 2282, dated November 12, 2024, by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour. This decree marks the start of academic activities at Saxony Egypt University for Applied Science and Technology, encompassing several innovative programs:

  • Computing Security Technology at the Faculty of Electrical, Electronic & Computer Technology.
  • Nursing and Public Health Technology at the Faculty of Healthcare Technology.
  • Logistics Technology and Sports Management Technology at the Faculty of Management Technology.
  • Automotive Mechatronics Technology at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology.


This announcement follows Presidential Decree No. 308 of 2024, which established the private technological university named “Saxony Egypt for Applied Science and Technology.” The decree was published in the *Official Newspaper* (Issue No. 29, Annexe) on July 18, 2024.
