Seminar: Towards Empowering People with Disabilities for Effective Participation in Sustainable Development!

The seminar with Dr. Eman Kareem (General Supervisor of the National Council for People with Disabilities) will take place on September 19th at 11 AM at the International Collaboration, Innovation, and Continuous Education Center of SEU.

The seminar will take place at the Saxony Egypt University of Science and Technology office, located in the Continuous Education Center at Badr University in Cairo (BUC).

Dr. Eman will discuss the challenges faced by people with disabilities, including Paralympic participants. She will also share stories of Paralympic champions.

Dr. Eman Kareem

Dr. Eman Kareem is the General Supervisor of the National Council for People with Disabilities. She also serves as the Disability Advisor for the Wheelchair Basketball Development Committee at the Paralympic Committee. Additionally, she holds the position of an elected Board Member of the Egyptian Shooting Club, where she currently represents women on the board. Dr. Kareem is also a Board Member of the Hassan Foundation for Spinal Cord Injuries, also known as Different Capabilities. In the past, she was a member of the Accessibility Committee at the National Council for Disabilities, as well as a member of the Special Needs Committee at the Egyptian Shooting Club.
